The Gim River Rods are a series of two-piece rods between 7´3” – 8´ for line weights 4-6. All rods come with one tip. These rods are flame treated to a medium honey-brown color, have dark forest-green wraps at the grip, and ferrules, and lighter forest-green wraps at the guides. The Gim River Rods have cigar cork grips and cherry burl spacers. The nickel-silver ferrules are standard length. The rod tube is forest green and fitted with a brass cap and bottom. Every rod comes with a custom rod sock sewn by Jennifer. The Gim River Rods are our first choice in two-piece split-cane rods.
We recommend Scientific Anglers DT lines (Ultra 4 & Trout) for all our fly rods.
